Indman Recruitment is urgently seeking experienced Job Performers (JP) for a short-term Offshore Shutdown Project in the UAE.
This is a focused mobilization requirement for skilled professionals with relevant offshore, shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, construction, fabrication, and Oil & Gas experience.

Candidates with proven experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Maintenance Projects, Fabrication, Construction, and Industrial Projects are encouraged to apply.

🔧 POSITION-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Structural Fitters & Welders:
Experience in structural fabrication, modification, installation, repair, and offshore maintenance work.
Scaffolders:
Relevant offshore scaffolding experience and knowledge of safe access systems.
Riggers:
Experience with lifting operations, rigging equipment, load handling, and safe lifting practices.
Blasters / Painters:
Experience in surface preparation, abrasive blasting, industrial coating, and offshore painting activities.
Electrical Personnel:
Relevant electrical maintenance, installation, testing, and shutdown experience in Oil & Gas or offshore facilities.
